Our experience with PLC spans many brands. We have designed with Allen Bradley Micro 800 family, Siemens S7-1200 family (TIA portal programming) , Automation Direct Click micro PLC, and Productivity 1000 and 2000 series family of mid-range PLC's and Keyence KV-8000 PLC
Applications include material handling of automobile seating, Engine casting leak testing, servo controlled air circulation controls for plant compressor cooling, machine control of construction material cutting & forming
We have designed, built, and installed motion control systems with SEW Eurodrive, Allen-Bradley, Hitachi, WEG, and ABB variable frequency drives in industrial applications involving machine control and material handling conveyor control
We have successfully integrated HMI (Human Machine Interface) flat touch screen panels into many projects. Programming multiple screens with various color icons to facilitate operator control of the machine. You can change process parameters via the HMI with added security password access to such screens.
